- Does the agent cost extra?
- No. It is included on every plan, with no per-token billing and no API key for you to supply. Credits only ever cover things an outside vendor charges us for per unit — generated images, and X posts past your plan’s monthly allowance.
- Do we need our own OpenAI key?
- No. Built-in models run everything. Bringing your own key is an Agency-plan option, where it exists for compliance and for agencies billing AI through to their own clients — not something the rest of the product needs.
- Can we work fully manually?
- Yes, and that is the point of the approval gate. Turn autonomy down to zero and every surface still works by hand. Switch modes per campaign, and switch back mid-flight — nothing is lost.
- What counts as a seat?
- Anyone who creates, edits, or approves. Reviewers and clients who only comment are free and unlimited — so bringing a client into a review never changes your bill.
- Can we change plan later?
- Any time, in both directions. Limits apply from the moment the change takes effect — nothing is deleted when you move down.
